Easy, but unmistakably Chinese, you will be amazed by the minimal number of ingredients used in this recipe. Stir-Fried French Beans and Garlic, as the name suggests is a combination of French beans and garlic, perked up with soy sauce. The dish gains its rich flavour from two factors: one is the stir-fry technique which unfailingly brings out the innate flavour of veggies; and the other is the topping of roasted sesame seeds.
Method- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the french beans and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar and soy sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately topped with sesame seeds.
