  1. Gently place the water mimosa and vemicelli in boling water for 10 sec.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in bowl.
  4. Top with water mimosa and vermicelli stir untill well coated.
  5. Served with fried peanuts and coriender leaves.
