A crunchy outer layer and a soft interior, a phenomenon achieved through deep-frying, is something that is truly fantastic. An endless list of deep-fried snacks from Indian and international cuisines wait to delight you, ranging from Vegetable Gold Coins and Gobi Manchurian to Spring Roll.
