4 slices canned pineapple
1/2 ltr milk
1 tbsp g.m.s
1/4 tsp c.m.c.
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp pineapple syrup
1 tsp pineapple essence
1/2 tsp yellow colour
5 to 6 tbsp sugar or 10 _14 measuring sp sugar substitute
2 tbsp condensed milk or milk powder
1 to 2 cups cream

  1. Divide milk a.100mllt tomix ingredients b.650mllit to boil ,make 2\3 of it
  2. Mix corn flour ,cmc ,gms ,thourougly ,strain ,mix with boiling milk.
  3. Thicken till coats back of spoon. 4.remove from fire add sugar
  4. Allow to cool
  5. Keep in freezer to set
  6. After 5-6 hour when set ,beat it nicely ,tillfluffy
  7. Add fresh cream ,(add essence ,dry fruit ,fruit ,
  8. After 2 hours again churn & set 10. ,keep for setting
  9. After setting beat ,add syrup ,small pieces of pineapple ,essence ,cream lemon color set again
  10. Decorate with pine apple pieces .chery ,black grapes.
