Methi Muthia in Green Gravy
Reviewed February 25, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

Coriander, Green-peas and coconut milk lends a great flavour to the gravy. Coriander has the most dominating taste, while the green peas and onions give a nice crunch. The methi muthias so crunch and yummy. You can have it just like that. But this combo of the gravy and methi muthias is wonderful.

Baked Papdi ( Basic Recipe)
Reviewed February 21, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

i had tried making papdis in oven, but i never knew it can be made in microwave too, that too in a few minutes. These papdis have to be a little light brown in colour as we want it to be crisp. Remember it is not burnt. Follow the time exact and you will crack this recipe. But if you change the proportion or time, they might get burn, so do take care!

Corn Pulao ( Desi Khana)

This pulao is so mouth watering. The curry has the intense flavour of spices. The onion paste and coconut is a good combination. When the rice and microwaved togather, the flavours of both the dishes blend really well.

Spinach Pakoda Chaat ( Desi Khana)
Reviewed February 21, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

What an innovative thought! Who can think of making chaat out of spinach eaves. The pakodas in itself taste so amazing that you can have it just like that. The curds, sweet chutney and other spices for sure enhances the flavour. The chaat form of this dish is certainly the best.
