Experience the refreshing taste of mint coriander mocktail as a cooling summer drink. The mint and coriander leaves are blended together with lime juice, salt, sugar and pepper powder. Serve the mocktail chilled or as a cocktail mixer.

Ingredients
Method


  1. Steam washed spinach, till bright and tender.
  2. Blend to a smooth paste, strain, chill till required.
  3. Put 100ml. water with sugar to heat on slow till dissolved.
  4. Bring to a boil, take off fire.
  5. Keep aside to cool till required.
  6. Just before serving:
  7. Blend mint leaves and sugar syrup in a blender.
  8. Add spinach, salt, pepper and cold water.
  9. Run till green and frothy.
  10. Pour into tall glasses, serve immediately.
