  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai.
  2. Take besan in a bowl and add water,salt and chilli powder and mix well till smooth.
  3. Add the boiled corn kernels, grated cheese, grated garlic and mix well.
  4. Take little mixture of pakodas in a spoon, put them in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
