A mind blowing recipe enjoyed in rainy season with corn, cheese and mild flavour of garlic.
Method- Heat the oil in a kadhai.
- Take besan in a bowl and add water,salt and chilli powder and mix well till smooth.
- Add the boiled corn kernels, grated cheese, grated garlic and mix well.
- Take little mixture of pakodas in a spoon, put them in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
