Ingredients
2 cups sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbsp chopped raw mangoes
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 cup nylon sev
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) ki chutney
salt to taste
chaat masala to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the moong and vegetables in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the chutneys, sat and chaat masala and mix well.
  3. Add the coriander and green chillies and toss well.
  4. Serve in plate garnished with sev.
