  1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the water chestnuts and chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Serve immediately.

A new way to have water chestnuts.. The combination of pepper and clilli flakes gives a nice spicy taste to it.. Simply loved it!

Water Chestnuts stir fried in garlic tastes awesome and are very healthy. Love the garlic aroma on the chestnuts.
