1 1/2 cups boiled mixed sprouts (moong , matki , chana etc.)
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions (optional)
1 tsp chaat masala
5 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp nylon sev
1/4 cup crushed papdis
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp nylon sev
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 papdis , crushed
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with sev, coriander and papdis.

awesome! this recipe is a perfect evening snack, i make it for most parties.. so simple and quick. try adding chopped paneer pieces and finely choped green chillies for a spicy boost.
