Rajma and Potaot Fritters, quick and easy to make filling snack. Have it as an evening tea snack or as a starter.
- Blend the rajma in a mixer to a coarse paste.
- Mix rajma along with the remaining ingredients, except oil, in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into balls and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour from all sides.
- Serve immediately.
