Pesarattu green moong dal dosa is an andhra specialty pancake or dosa recipe prepared from the geen moong dal(greem gram whole). The soaked green gram kis ground and then mixed with salt and water to prepare a batter which is then spread on a non stick pan , just like regular rice based dosas. The pesarattu is best enjoyed hot with coconut chutney as breakfast.
- Soak the moong and rice overnight. the next day morning grind the moong and rice a little coarsely along with 15 green chillies.add sat to taste.
- Chop rest of the chillies, onions and coriander finely.heat the tawa on the stove and pour the batter on it and spread. add a little oil and roast well. garnish the dosa with a little of choopped onions,coriander & green chillies. serve hot with allam pachadi(ginger chutney).
