Oring rotis are simply an irrestible roti recipe prepared from a dough made from wheat flour, grated onion, ginger, garlic and spice powders. Roll out the oring or onion roti just like any roti and serve hot with mango pickle.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
