Malai gulab ki kheer is a rich dessert or kheer(sweetened milk) recipe with fresh rose petals added to the thick malaidar milk during boiling. The aromatic rose petal paste get cooked with sugar, elaichi powder in the milk to prepare an awesome healthy malai gulab ki kheer.

Malai Gulab ki Kheer recipe - How to make Malai Gulab ki Kheer

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 8 servings

1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup chopped tender coconut
sugar to taste
10 rose petals
  1. Combine the condensed milk and coconut milk in a deep pan and add the sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the coconut and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool and garnish with rose petals.
  5. Serve chilled.
