Add beaten curd to the papdi chaat mixture to prepare this innovative dahi bhel recipe. A delectable bhel recipe with crunchy deep fried papdis tossed over with tangy fresh curd, sweet and spicy chutneys and sev as topping make this dahi bhel a must try chaat recipe.
- Mix the crushed papdis, pineapple, potato, raw mango, chick peas, meethi soonth, green chutney and curds in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cumin seed powder, chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
- Serve immediately.
