Ingredients

1 cup boiled beetroot cubes
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup boiled and peeled potato cubes
salt and to taste
1/2 recipe salad cream

Method

Combine the beetroot, pineapple, potatoes, little salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix gently.
Add the salad cream and toss gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve chilled.
