Chocolate Samosas recipe - How to make Chocolate Samosas

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings


For The Dough
2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup semolina (rava)
5 tbsp ghee
1/2 water

For The Filling
1/2 cup mixed chopped nuts
1 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
For the dough

    For the dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, add maida, suji and ghee and mix well.
  2. Add water and knead a nice dough and rest the dough for 5-10 mins.

For the Samosas

  1. Make lemon size balls of the dough and add 2 tsp plain flour and 2 tsp water in bowl and mix well and make a paste.
  2. Take a ball and roll it with rolling pin.
  3. Make a 4 inch oval shape and place this rolled dough on the mould.
  4. Lightly brush the maida paste on the edges of rolled dough.
  5. Place 1 tbsp stuffing on the center of the rolled dough .
  6. Carefully press the mould and remove the extra dough and make the rest of samose in same manner
  7. Heat the oil in the pan and when the oil become hot, deep fry the samosa till golden brown.
  8. Place on the paper napkin.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
