Makes 3 servings
- Combine the cashewnuts and bread and blend in a mixer to a smooth powder. Keep aside.
- Bring the milk to boil, add the prepared powder, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add the sugar, spices, mix well and remove from the flame.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours and serve chilled garnished with nuts.
