Method
  1. Mix together all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser to get a thick smoothie.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve garnished with a few slices of strawberries.

Strawberry, banana and honey make a very tasty drink. I used some low fat milk to reduce the calories and drank it chilled. Yum.
