Can I use a mixer since I don''t have a vitamin machine.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Rima, the issue is the egg as you need a high end mixer to break it down. So test with your mixer if it breaks the egg down otherwise you will get lumps of egg pieces.

Beyond 1.5 hours of workout, you need to have a little top up.
