  1. Sieve wheat flour
  2. Add oil in a vessel
  3. Add rai jeera hing & ginger
  4. Add water
  5. Add salt to taste red chilli powder and soda
  6. When water boils
  7. Add wheat flour & mix well
  8. Cover for 2 mins
  9. Add corriander mix well
  10. Cover for 1 min
  11. Serve hot with oil
