Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/4 cup chopped asparagus
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the corn, asparagus and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the green chillies, 2½ cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

To make the Sweet Corn and Asparagus Soup, Take 2 sweet corn.

Use a sharp knife cut the sweeet corn kernels. You can remove the corn kernels with your fingers.

Put the sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) into a mixer. You will need 2 cups sweet corn kernels to make 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane).

Blend sweet corn kernels till coarse. Coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels. Keep aside.

Heat the 1 tsp butter in a deep non-stick pan.

Add 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane).

Add 1/4 cup chopped asparagus. and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add the 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 2½ cups of water, salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
