કાંદા (પ્યાઝ, ડુંગળી onion benefits in Gujarati)

કાચા કાંદા એ વિટામિન સી નો એક ખૂબ જ મૂલ્યવાન સ્રોત છે - રોગપ્રતિકારક નિર્માણ વિટામિન. કાંદાના અન્ય ફાયટોન્યુટ્રિએન્ટ્સ (phytonutrients) સાથે, તે WBC (શ્વેત રક્તકણો) બનાવવામાં મદદ કરે છે જે બીમારી સામે સંરક્ષણની લાઇન તરીકે કામ કરે છે. હા, તે ઘણા એન્ટીઑકિસડન્ટનું સ્રોત છે, તેમાં સૌથી મહત્વપૂર્ણ ક્વેરેસ્ટીન હોય છે. કાંદાની ક્યુરેસ્ટીન એચડીએલ (સારા કોલેસ્ટરોલ) ના ઉત્પાદનને પ્રોત્સાહન આપે છે અને શરીરમાં કુલ કોલેસ્ટરોલ ઘટાડે છે. કાંદામાં રહેલુ સલ્ફર લોહીને પાતળુ કરવાનુ કામ કરે છે અને લોહીના ગાંઠા જવાથી પણ બચાવે છે. આ બ્લડ પ્રેશર ઓછું કરશે અને હૃદયમધુમેહના દર્દીઓ માટે સારું છે. કાંદાના ફાયદા વાંચો.
