6 Rasgullas
200 to 300 gms fresh cream
4 to 5 tbsp icing sugar
mixed fruits (apple, mango, strawberry, pineapple)
grated chocolate

  1. Grain rasgulla from the sugar syrup
  2. Arrange each rasgulla in a seperate bowl
  3. Beat the cream with icing sugar
  4. Spread the cream evenly over each rasgulla
  5. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours
  6. Cut fresh fruit into small squares
  7. Arrange in each bowl
  8. Sprinkle greated choclate
  9. Keep in fridge and serve cool
