3/4 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
100 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of garam masala
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp oil
3 slices of bread toast
  1. Heat the oil in the kadhai, add the onions and saute till they turn pink in colour.
  2. Add the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the green chillies, salt, pepper, garma masala and paneer, mix well and saute fr 2 minutes.
  4. Apply on toast and serve immediately.
