1 packet maggi noodles
2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
150 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
2 green chillies, (cut into small pieces)
coriander (dhania) leaves
3/4 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for frying

  1. Boil the noodles and remove extra water.
  2. Now mix every thing together
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Make small small boland fry till brown.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
