A welcome change to the usual idlis. Onions and peanuts with tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves blend well and boost the taste of Rice Appe.

The tikkis are simple but taste exotic when served with the onion based gravy, the deep fried onion paste imparts a unique caramelised flavour to the gravy.

Yummy!...the garlic is not sprinkled on top of the naan but is coarsely ground and mixed into the dough, the flavour of garlic is there in every bite.No garlic falling off while you bite the naan.

Falooda Ice-cream

Rose flavoured Falooda Ice-cream is my all time favourite. The fresh homemade falooda sev is softer and tastier than the readymade sev. I sometimes use arrowroot flour to make the sev as it can served on fasting days.

Slushy fruit flavoured ice...better then the synthetic flavoured pepsicola to beat the summers heat.
