When the mustard seeds crackle, add the mixed vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cooked jowar mixture, 1½ cups of water and salt, mix well and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Top with the tomato, onion and coriander and serve immediately.

2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method

  1. Combine the powdered jowar, salt with 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Can u plz explainwhat is jowar? Can we use oats instead of this?

Tarla Dalal    Dear Huda, You can read about jowar here. http://www.tarladalal.com/glossary-jowar-479i And jowar can be replaced with oats but we haven''''t tried the recipe. Its is quite likely that the water proportion and the number of whistles of the pressure cooker will vary. You can try it and share your feedback.
