3 cups thick curds (dahi)
1/4 cup canned pineapple
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped mangoes
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
salt and sugar to taste
a pinch nutmeg (jaiphal) powder

For The Tempering
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)

To Garnish
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tbsp pistachio slivers
  1. Combine the curds, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add all fruits, mix well and pour the tempering over it and mix.
  3. Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving.
  4. Serve it into individual bowls.
