Method- Deep fry the noodles.
- Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil. Keep aside.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients to the fried noodles and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
Handy tip:- Note - the noodles should be deep fried and not boiled.
