  1. In pressure cooker pan heat ghee,
  2. Add jeera, hing,haldi,
  3. Add green peas and carrot and saute for 3 minutes,
  4. Add rice and yellow moongdal,
  5. And saute for 2 minutes,
  6. Add a water how much required for the khichadi, and salt to taste,
  7. And 1 whistle in high flame
  8. And 2 whistle in slow flame
  9. And off the gas.
  10. After cooling the pressure cooker, add corriander leaves, and ready to eat.
