Sweet and Crunchy Mango Salad recipe - How to make Sweet and Crunchy Mango Salad

2 mangoes , peeled and chopped
1 tomato , peeled and chopped
1/4 cup boiled moong (whole green gram)
1 tbsp pomegranate (anar)
1/2 cup salted boondi , readily available
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp boiled soya granules

To Be Blended Together For The Green Chutney
1 cup coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp peanuts
salt to taste
2 green chillies , finely chopped
  1. Combine the chutney, carrots and soya granules, mix well and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl, put the mangoes,tomato, moong, pomegranate and mix well.
  3. Add 2 tbsp green chutney mixture, mix well and chill it.
  4. Add the boondi just before serving and serve chilled.
