- To make parsley rice, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
- Add the rice, salt and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Serve the parsley rice immediately.
