Orange Curd Cup

Easy, delicious and appealing!
- Heat a small non-stick pan, add the orange juice and cornflour, mix well and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
- Cool, add the orange marmalade, orange essence and sugar and mix well.
- Add the dry fruits, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled garnished with cherries and orange pieces.
