Fruits and veggies boost one's immunity as they are rich in natural antioxidants, vitamins a and c. Cooking destroys these vitamins, and so it is better to have them raw as in this recipe.
- Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of cold water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
- Add some crushed ice into 4 individual glasses and pour the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
