Noodle Vegetable Cutlets recipe - How to make Noodle Vegetable Cutlets

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 10 servings


1/2 packet hakka noodles
1/2 cup finely chopped and boiled mixed vegetables
1/4 cup boiled green peas , lightly mashed
1/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped corriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1 tsp oil for cooking
  1. Cook the hakka noodles in 100 ml boiling water.
  2. Combine all the ingredients including the noodles in a bowl and mix well using your hands.
  3. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape into flat cutlets the palms on your hands.
  4. Cook on a greased non-stick pan on both sides till golden brown using a little oil if required.
  5. Serve hot.

an instant snack for kiddies. when sanias friends came over i could not think of any good snack and then i came across these noodle cutlets...thank you tarlaji for a wonderful recipe! they turned out really good, next time when i made it i added little paneer and sprinkled little chaat masala on top before serving.
