Packed with punch, this is one scrumptious snack that will make kids do cartwheels with delight!
These crisp and tasty cutlets made of noodles and veggies have an awesome flavour too, thanks to the perfect blend of spice powders.
It is quick and easy to make, and is enjoyed by kids and adults too. Make sure you bind the cutlets firmly with your hands otherwise you will not be able to shape them properly.
When cooking the cutlets too, take care to turn them gently to avoid breakage. With an appetizing aroma, catchy appearance and great taste, the Noodle Vegetable Cutlet is a sure-shot hit!

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a 75 mm. (3”) diameter flat cutlet.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using 1 tsp of oil. Cook the cutlets using 1 tsp of oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
