Garden leaves, delicious recipe involving garden greens like amaranth leaves( chawli) with dried spices. The leaves are rich in nutrients and make for a healthy vegetable dish which van be served with curd and rotis.
- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add all the chopped vegetables in the pan and salt and sauté for few minutes.
- 2. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes or till tender the vegetables are tender.
- 3. Then add the dry masalas and tomato and again cover the lid and cook till it leaves oil.
- 4. Serve hot with bajra roti and sliced onion
