Flower Carrot Pickle

Use the vegetables in pickles and best way to store the vegetables when vegetables are not available in summer.
- In a bowl mix mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, oil and chilli powder.
- To this mixture add cauliflower,carrot, fresh turmeric, green chillies and mix well.
- Keep in sun for 2 days.
- When water separates transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
- This pickle can be stored for 3-4 months.
