To Be Mixed Together For A Smooth Batter
1/2 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
3/4 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
3 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)

For Vegetables
1/2 cup onion cubes
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
oil for frying
  1. Keep this batter covered and let it stand for 1/2 hour.
  2. Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
  3. Serve hot.
