Hungry kya? Then, it’s time to have a glassful of this wholesome Carrot, Tomato and Egg Smoothie. With protein from eggs and ample nutrients from fresh vegetables, this is a healthy treat you can enjoy any time of the day. In fact, you can make it in advance and keep it covered in the fridge for more than six hours, so you can grab it as soon as hunger strikes. This smoothie works wonders in improving your immunity too, thanks to antioxidants from carrot, lycopene from tomatoes and capsaicin from capsicum. So, you will feel good in a holistic sort of way.
- Combine all the ingredients along with 1 cup of water in a vitamix machine and blend till smooth and frothy.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
