Ingredients

1/2 cup chilled and roughly chopped pineapple
3/4 cup readymade chilled pineapple juice
1/4 cup readymade chilled orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup chilled , deseeded and chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 tbsp sugar

For Serving
4 tbsp crushed ice

Method

Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, vanilla ice-cream, muskmelon, pineapple and sugar and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour 2 tbsp of crushed ice into 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the smoothie into each glass.
Serve immediately.
