Besan Sheera recipe - How to make Besan Sheera

4 cups milk
2 cups besan (bengal gram flour)
5 to 6 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp powdered cardamoms
  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the besan and roast till the besan turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the milk and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well and cook till the consistency is similar to a thick soup.
  4. Add the cardamom powder, mix well and serve hot.
