A tasty preparation for kids who'll love to have this!!
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the besan and roast till the besan turns golden brown in colour.
- Add the milk and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- Add the sugar and mix well and cook till the consistency is similar to a thick soup.
- Add the cardamom powder, mix well and serve hot.
