Aam Dulaari recipe - How to make Aam Dulaari

1 half ripe mango
1 large sized cucumber
green chillies
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal) or salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
sour cream could be replaced by thick sieved curd as used in dips.
1 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder

  1. Peel the mango and cucumber.
  2. Cut them into small cubes.
  3. Cut green chillies in very small pieces.
  4. Mix all these ingredients together.
  5. Take the sour cream and add the salt to it and beat it lightly.
  6. Ad this to the cut pieces of mango and cucumber .
  7. Cover it with the remaining sour cream and sprinkle pepper on it.
