Ingredients

For Strawberry Vanilla Milkshake
1 3/4 cups roughly chopped strawberries
1 cup chilled full fat milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
6 ice-cubes

For The Topping
3/4 cup beaten whipped cream
strawberry crush
strawberry wafer rolls
Method

For strawberry vanilla milkshake

  1. To make strawberry vanilla milkshake, blend all the ingredients in mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour the milkshake into a glass.
  3. Pipe out whipped cream evenly over the circumference of the glass.
  4. Pour little strawberry crush evenly over it.
  5. Finally put strawberry wafer roll.
  6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to decorate 2 more glasses.
  7. Serve the strawberry vanilla milkshake immediately.

Strawberry and vanilla ice cream is a very delicious combo in itself. When kids come back home hungry from school this is one recipe i make very often in the strawberry season. It is filling and delectable.
