What is shakarkand chaat made of ? shakarkand chaat is made from 3 cups boiled and peeled sweet potato (shakarkand) cubes, oil for deep frying, 1 tbsp green chutney, 1 1/2 tbsp sweet chutney, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder, salt to taste.
