A delicious snack that is sure to be enjoyed by all! potatoes are a favourite with most people. This recipe uses both potatoes and sweet potatoes. These are cut into large cubes and threaded onto skewers and brushed with oodles of butter. These are then grilled to perfection in a charcoal or electric barbeque and topped with tongue-tickling chutneys.
For shakarkand chaat- To make shakarkand chaat, in a deep pan, heat oil and deep-fry the sweet potato cubes on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Transfer into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.
- Serve the shakarkand chaat immediately.

Instead of sweet potato you can use peeled potato cubes.

Instead of chaat masala you can use amchoor powder.

Serve the chaat immediately otherwise it becomes soggy.
