Ingredients

1 cup pineapple jelly cubes
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2 tbsp pineapple crush
4 pineapple wafer biscuits
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

Just before serving, add ¼ cup of pineapple jelly and 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream in each glass.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of pineapple crush and top it with ¼ cup pineapple and ¼ cup of jelly evenly over it.
Garnish it with 2 pineapple wafer biscuits and serve immediately.
