 This mocktail is a healthy blend of saffron, lomon uice and sugar mixed with lots of ice. An effective anti-oxidant filled with minerals and vitamins.

Saffron Cup recipe - How to make Saffron Cup

Makes 6 glasses.

2 pinches of saffron (kesar) strands
4 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp sugar
12 ice-cubes
  1. Heat the saffron in a small bowl on a very slow flame. Rub in a little warm water until the saffron dissolves.
  2. Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and mix well.

  1. Put into 6 glasses, add 2 icecubes per glass and mix well.
