  1. Mix cracked fine wheat and wheat flour in a big bowl.
  2. Add 4 cup of water in to the mixture.
  3. Should be watery.
  4. To that add chopped onion,green chilli, cumin seed and pepper.
  5. Put salt to taste and mix well so that
  6. Everything blends well.
  7. Soak this mixture for half an hour.
  8. Heat tawa and pour the mixture in dosa shape.
  9. At the top of the dosa pour few drops of oil.
  10. If one side turns light browm turn aside
  11. And leave it to become light brown color.
  12. Take out from the tawa and serve hot with chutney.
