A quick, simple and tasty Steamed chana dal balls are rich in proteins and low in calories. A great snacking option for all health aspirants, the chana dal balls are steamed and enjoyed with sauce as snack or breakfast.

Method


  1. Soak chanadal for 3-4hrs.
  2. Cut the onions,pudina,coriander finely and keep aside.
  3. Grind the dal coarosely by adding g-chilly,ginger & clove..
  4. After grinding take this into a bowl,add chopped onion,pudina , coriander,salt and mix well.
  5. By taking a small portion of the mixture start making an oval shape size balls or make round balls and press them slightly.
  6. Place all the balls in steaming plate greased with a spoon of ghee.
  7. Steam for about 10-12min.
